How to find the product you are interested in?
When you come to the home page of our store, you will see products that we have specially selected for you. For a quick search, use the search engine, and for a detailed search, use the “Filter” field. For you, we have organized the products into specific categories or subcategories, so that you can more easily view our offer.
When you want more information about a product, click on the product image to open the page of the desired product with additional information (price, description).
How to buy?
Under the desired product, select the “Add to cart” button or click on the product image, after which a page with additional information will open and there you will also find the “Add to cart” button.
Before you decide to buy, you can change the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on “basket”. You can increase or decrease the quantity of each product in the cart or delete the product. After each change, it is necessary to click on “update”.
When you have filled the basket with the desired products, click on “go to payment”. If you have not signed in as an already registered user, you can register as a new user in this step and fill out your profile. In your profile, you can save one address for delivery of invoices and several addresses for delivery of goods. If you have not entered any delivery address, the invoice delivery address will be used.
It is important to emphasize that if we are unable to deliver the ordered product, we will reduce or cancel the amount of the order.
After a successful application or registration, you will be able to choose the desired payment method and delivery. After you have chosen, click “order”.
If you chose to pay by credit card (STRIPE), you will need to select the type of credit card you are paying with (American Express, VISA, MasterCard) on the secure STRIPE page and enter the required information. When you click BUY, you will see a confirmation of your order and you will receive a confirmation on your e-mail.
Also, the STRIPE system will send you a confirmation by e-mail about the authorization of your card for the specified amount.
For your protection, the STRIPE system does not allow us to charge a larger amount or see your credit card number. We only see the transaction number that is sent to the cardholder for billing or cancellation.
When we cancel the payment of the transaction or send it for payment, STRIPE will again send you a confirmation by e-mail.
